Victorian painted towel rail

We bought this at auction where it was billed as a 'Victorian painted towel rail'. We've left the paint and chips as they are to preserve the genuine vintage look. The paint is a sort of mushroom/taupe colour, with white showing through. We use this kind of thing in our house for drying clothes because we hate those white plastic airers you get, but you could perhaps have it in your bathroom too for hanging towels or in your bedroom as a 'clothes-to-wear-tomorrow' kind of rack (I wish I was that organised!)?

The dimensions are 28cm D x 75cm W x 77cm H.

We will post for free to the UK mainland (the price takes this into account). We use a Parcel Compare website to select the delivery service for larger/heavier items, which is usually quite fast and for which we give you the tracking number. Message before purchase for a non-mainland quote. We wrap fragile items securely using reused packaging wherever we can.
