Wooden coat and hat hooks in an accordion style, can be opened and closed to make the length/shape you want. This style was popular in Edwardian times (turn of the 19th/20th century, pre-world war 1) but these could be from any time up to the 60s we would guess. You can see obvious wear to the finish of the wood, some touches of paint on the ends, plus also two of the white knobs have come off over time and some white paint has been put on there instead - this is hardly noticeable though, when in use. the top has two holes in for hanging on the wall and there are some more discreet holes on the arms too for nails. A classy item!
